Everyone gets stressed: here are some tips to help deal with stress.

We all go through it, daily. Stress accrues from the simple things in life, for example, your espresso machine not working in the morning to missing your train to work or forgetting your laptop at home. All these mishaps inevitably lead to starting your day on the wrong foot and later drive to stress. On top of that, having to complete a million tasks in front of you and your boss down your neck is stressful! However, we all know that life isn’t meant to be easy.

Current statistics revealed by the Mental Health Foundation showed that 74% of adults in the UK have felt so stressed that they’re overwhelmed or can’t cope. Statistics like this are what make Stress Awareness Month so important.
